The agreement between Anderson Jewelers and the people we have the privilege of serving.
1. Scope
These terms apply to purchases, commissions, and services arranged through Anderson Jewelers, whether in our Savannah showroom, by telephone, or through this website.
2. Product Information
We describe every piece as faithfully as we can. Photographs are representative; natural stones vary in color, inclusion, and cut, and small differences from the image shown are expected. Weights, measurements, and gem characteristics are noted to industry standard.
3. Pricing
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars in our Savannah showroom and are subject to change with the daily metals and gem markets. A confirmed quote locks the price at the time of deposit.
4. Custom Commissions
Custom pieces require a non-refundable design deposit applied to the final balance. Once production has begun, commissions cannot be cancelled.
5. Intellectual Property
All photography, illustrations, and written material on this site belong to Anderson Jewelers and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Chatham County, Georgia.
